Leah Hill is the Transition Pathways Officer at Rosewood High School. Her role is to provide a safety net for students that are at risk of disengaging from school. Leah meets with parents/caregivers and the student and others assistance in finding a new pathway, whether it is learning (eg. TAFE), a trade or other form of employment. Leah then supports the student by accompanying them to appointments, stays in contact with the student and tracks their progress.
